Connect with uplifting and likeminded people on a regular basis and make time to nurture the friendships that are joyful and most fulfilling for you.

Write or say affirmations in the morning and evening that feel powerful and believable to you. Chose words that convey self-love, self-respect and self-esteem and watch how your life begins to change.
